Day 5, Item 6: Your Own Grisly (and Fictional) Death

From author Dan Wells

Win Your Own Grisly Death (Fictional Edition) All your life you've longed to be immortalized in art, and now your time has come. The winner of this auction will appear, by name, in one of Dan Wells's books, where he or she will be brutally and creatively murdered. He is a co-host on the podcast Writing Excuses, for which he has won two Parsec awards; his podcast has been nominated for a Hugo this year, and Dan has been nominated for a Campbell award for best new writer. He plays a lot of games, reads a lot of books, and eats a lot of food, which is pretty much the ideal life he imagined for himself as a child.
